Meet Caroline Järgren – The Freedom Warrior ✨

Some connections are instant. When I met Caroline during a training, I immediately felt her radiant energy, warmth, and depth. There was something about her presence—so vibrant, so effortless—that made her the perfect muse for our latest photoshoot.

Having her bring Manigems to life was pure magic. The way she moved, the way her eyes sparkled, the way she carried herself with confidence and grace—it was everything I envisioned and more. She embodies what Manigems is all about: uniqueness, empowerment, joy, beauty, and transformation.

Caroline reminds us of a powerful truth: when we embrace our light, we inspire others to do the same. In this interview, she shares her wisdom, rituals, and the mindset shifts that fuel her journey. Get ready to be inspired! 💫

Can you tell us about your work and the passions that drive it?

I work as a makeup artist, hairstylist, shamanic space holder, fitness coach AND I’m also in the process of starting up my own holistic coaching platform. My passion has always been to provide a safe space for people to blossom into their most beautiful, vibrant, empowered state of being! 💪🏼 l absolutely LOVE it!! 🥰

What fills your days and fuels your purpose?

My days always consist of some sort of exercise. Weightlifting, running, yoga or a walk in nature. Seriously can’t function without it!

Breathwork or meditation starts my morning, then i'm off to work, spending time with loved ones and eating a lot of good food. And yeah of course matcha, there is always matcha! 🍵😅

What inspires you to show up as your best self every day?

My kids. Leading with a kind, open heart and with courage. Showing them that all is possible, no limitations (unless you believe that narrative). I want to make sure that I show up for myself in all aspects of life. Inspiring them to do the same for themselves 👊🏼❤️

How would you describe the qualities or experiences that make you one-of-a-kind?

I would say that ALL my experiences and qualities are what makes me one-of-a-kind. The last years of DEEP diving into all that is me, has made me even more sure of that.

What’s a bold challenge or dream you’re excited to pursue in the future?

I can really see myself having my own conscious beauty brand one day 🤩🙏🏼

Do you have daily or seasonal rituals that ground or uplift you?

For sure! Looots of them actually 😅

Your jewelry piece holds a unique story—what does it mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey?

Being this warrior for freedom that I am 😉The Free Spirit Necklace is super special to me and I really feel that it embodies the CORE of my being! I LOVE the feeling I have wearing it 🫶🏼

What advice would you give to women seeking to embrace their authentic selves?

Stop seeking and start LISTENING to what your body is already telling you!  And take action accordingly ❤️

If you could offer one mantra or affirmation that has guided you, what would it be?

Only one? 🙈😂 Okey, then it must be: “What ever you are not changing - you are choosing”

What role does creativity or self-expression play in your life?

It plays a HUGE role! I’ve made it my profession for a reason 😜

How do you balance giving to others with honoring your own needs?

This has been, and still is a learning process. With a history of really burning my candle on both ends and placing almost all my value in performance and achievements, but I think I actually master it quite well these days. I make time for myself a NON NEGOTIABLE priority, knowing that it provides me with the energy to then being able to give with pure heart and devotion to others ❤️

What does empowerment mean to you, and how do you embody it in your life?

Empowerment to me means knowing myself FULLY, taking action toward things that fill my life with meaning and purpose. Having the courage to take bold steps that might seem crazy to others but I know in my heart is right for me. Fully being my authentic self, even if it ruffles some feathers 😜

Can you share a moment when you felt truly connected to your inner strength?

Well the obvious one is while giving birth to my kids. That made me come in contact with a raw, deeply, deeply rooted power and strength I never knew existed in me until then. But I would also say in the various “re-birthings” of myself I’ve gone through in the last couple of years. Wow wow WOW! 😮
