Can you tell us about your work and the passions that drive it?
Right now, I'm living in two different worlds. I have been working as a graphic and web designer for 15 years. I was previously employed, but some time ago, I decided to freelance to gain control over my own time. I am exploring ways to incorporate my spiritual world into the design world. When I work with my clients for re-design projects I always start the project with a meditation where I guide the clients to seek answers from their higher selves to receive answers for what their soul wants to communicate in their brand. This is to get answers and a direction from the soul rather than from the mind.
My main income currently comes from design, but separately, I also run my spiritual business where I teach breathwork classes and events. Additionally, I have started receiving clients for shamanic healing sessions and have recently graduated in Myofascial release massage, which is a deep somatic release combined with energy work.
What fills your days and fuels your purpose?Lately, I’ve had a relatively relaxing period. My work begins with my design clients, followed by holding breathwork classes twice a week or offering healing and massage sessions. I believe my purpose is to help people reconnect with their true essence through breathwork and healing, and to help them align with their mission through my design work.
What inspires you to show up as your best self every day?
Always staying true to myself in every interaction, stepping away from people-pleasing tendencies, and honoring my energy. I make sure not to compromise my values or boundaries. Just being authentic. I have let go of roles that no longer serve me and strive to be true in every situation.

Transformation is a deeply personal journey—can you share a moment or milestone that holds special significance for you?
That would be my awakening after ending a relationship that no longer served me. I was living someone else's life, shaped by my partner’s vision of how things were "supposed" to be. I moved to the U.S. to study and gain space. The distance gave me clarity—I realized I couldn’t stay in that relationship. We broke up, and just a week later, I met someone who introduced me to a whole new world. He taught me how to meditate and introduced me to spiritual teachers. That was my awakening—realizing there was so much beyond this 3D world. From that moment on, I stepped onto my spiritual path, and I could never look back.
How would you describe the qualities or experiences that make you one of a kind?
I see myself as a bit naïve, always believing in the good in people and situations. This is both a strength and a weakness. I love when people express their most authentic selves, and I want to encourage that. I believe in celebrating individuality—allowing people to be “crazy” in their own beautiful ways.
To dedicate myself more fully to my spiritual path and integrate it more deeply into my work.
Do you have daily or seasonal rituals that ground or uplift you?
My days start with a long morning ritual: meditation, breathwork, and journaling for introspection.
How do you celebrate or nurture yourself in moments of joy or stillness?
I try to pause and be grateful for even the smallest wins, tracking my progress so I don’t forget how far I’ve come. It’s easy to overlook the everyday steps we take toward our dreams. Journaling helps me reflect. I also make space for stillness—going for walks, honoring my feminine energy, gazing at the sun, and sitting in silence throughout the day.

Your Past Life Session with me holds a unique story—what does it mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey?
One of the most significant realizations from my past life regression was understanding that I carried guilt from a previous life. I had always struggled with feelings of guilt without knowing why. Since the session, this energy has slowly been dissolving, surfacing to be healed. I also discovered that I was a medicine man in South America in a past life, which deeply resonates with my current interests and purpose.
Return to your core and essence.
Most importantly, stop worrying about what others think. People are so focused on their own lives—they don’t truly care what you do. Don't live for someone else. This is your life to live. Don't waste time on other people’s expectations and rules. Focus on your desires and dreams. Don’t be afraid of failure. Life is about trial and error—you’re always evolving. Don't aim for perfection, just keep growing and improving. Live as authentically as possible.
If you could offer one mantra or affirmation that has guided you, what would it be?
"Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be."
Creativity and love are the most important aspects of life. The Universe is built on creation and love. That’s what we are here to do—create experiences, relationships, and realities. Everything is infinite.
How do you balance giving to others with honoring your own needs?
By not giving more than I am capable of. "Put on your own oxygen mask first."
Honoring my own energy isn’t selfish—it’s necessary to be able to help others.
Empowerment, to me, is being true to myself—honoring my needs and desires without apology.
Can you share a moment when you felt truly connected to your inner strength?
